Body Pump w/ Missy- Includes an array of exercises targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders, waist, glutes, quadraceps and abdominals using a variety of different weights. The class will participate in short 1 minute intervals to speed the heart rate to aid in the burning of calories. Also included in the workout is the use of plyometric exercises which are fast bursts of energy using the entire movement of the body; which is also conducive to the burning of calories. The last 10 minutes of the class targets abdominals in floor exercises.
Cardio Boot Camp Interval - Come to a fun workout for beginners to advanced! This class consists of cardio fitness drills which are all basic moves and can be modified for any level, intervaled with body sculpting using weights, bands and body bars. Polish it off at the end with core strengthening! All levels welcome!
Kettlebells- Workouts build muscle, increase strength, agility,flexibility, balance, and improve posture and cardio endurance with the use of kettlebells.
Total Body Challenge - Cardio toning that may include the following tubes, weights, body bars, cardio including squats, lunges, kickboxing, step, and hula hoops.
Workout Express - Get it all in one hour or less! Cardio toning that may include any or all of the following traditional toning with tubes, weights or body bars, resistance training, cardio including squates, lunges, kickboxing, jump ropes, steps, or hi/low, abs included.
Yoga - A moving practice and challenging workout. Postures gently shift and flow with the change of breath direction.
Zumba- A dance fitness class based on international rhythms, including the merengue, salsa and much more! Come join the party and have fun! No dance experience necessary. Just bring a smile and your energy!
