We offer various weight machines that target the major muscles in your body. Weights are adjustable from 10 pounds to more than 200 pounds so you can move and advance at your own pace. Our personal trainers as well as other members of our staff will show you how to correctly use the weight machines. The machines we offer include:

We offer a large collection of free weights to complement your workout. A flat weight bench and an incline bench help you establish a routine that will work. Our personal trainers will work with you to show you how to use each bench and how to best utilize hand weights.
We have a number of Cardio machines that will help you stay on track with your fat burning / heart healthy exercise program. Our personal trainers as well as members of our staff will show you how to use each cardio machine and advise you on how best to build an exercise program

We offer the standard adjustable hydraulic circuit. This is a 30 minute workout that works with the strength of your own body to provide cardio and strength training in a finite period of time. We utilize the circuit for beginners until the muscles are engaged and starting to build, we then move our members to weights for proper toning.
